Ahambrahmāsmi Mantra | Shiva Rahasya

अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्रः स्वात्मपापं विनाशयेत् ॥ ९.४९॥

I am Brahman, I am the mantra; may it destroy the sin of the self.

अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्रो द्वैतदोषं विनाशयेत् ।
अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्रो भेददुःखं विनाशयेत् ॥ ९.५०॥

I am Brahman, I am the mantra; may it destroy the fault of duality.
I am Brahman, I am the mantra; may it destroy the sorrow of division.

अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्रश्चिन्तारोगं विनाशयेत् ।
अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्रो बुद्धिव्याधिं विनाशयेत् ॥ ९.५१॥

I am Brahman, I am the mantra; may it destroy the disease of anxiety.
I am Brahman, I am the mantra; may it destroy the affliction of intellect.

अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्र आधिव्याधिं विनाशयेत् ।
अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्रः सर्वलोकं विनाशयेत् ॥ ९.५२॥

I am Brahman, I am the mantra; may it destroy mental and physical ailments.
I am Brahman, I am the mantra; may it destroy all worlds (of suffering).

अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्रः कामदोषं विनाशयेत् ।
अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्रः क्रोधदोषं विनाशयेत् ॥ ९.५३॥

I am Brahman, I am the mantra; may it destroy the defect of desire.
I am Brahman, I am the mantra; may it destroy the defect of anger.

अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्रश्चिन्तादोषं विनाशयेत् ।
अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्रः सङ्कल्पं च विनाशयेत् ॥ ९.५४॥

I am Brahman, I am the mantra; may it destroy the defect of worry.
I am Brahman, I am the mantra; may it destroy all mental constructs.

अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्रः इदं दुःखं विनाशयेत् ।
अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्रः अविवेकमलं दहेत् ॥ ९.५५॥

I am Brahman, I am the mantra; may it destroy this sorrow.
I am Brahman, I am the mantra; may it burn the impurity of ignorance.

अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्रः अज्ञानध्वंसमाचरेत् ।
अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्रः कोटिदोषं विनाशयेत् ॥ ९.५६॥

I am Brahman, I am the mantra; may it cause the destruction of ignorance.
I am Brahman, I am the mantra; may it destroy millions of defects.

अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्रः सर्वतन्त्रं विनाशयेत् ।
अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्रो देहदोषं विनाशयेत् ॥ ९.५७॥

I am Brahman, I am the mantra; may it destroy all limitations.
I am Brahman, I am the mantra; may it destroy the defects of the body.

अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्रः दृष्टादृष्टं विनाशयेत् ।
अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्र आत्मज्ञानप्रकाशकम् ॥ ९.५८॥

I am Brahman, I am the mantra; may it destroy the seen and unseen.
I am Brahman, I am the mantra; the illuminator of Self-knowledge.

अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्र आत्मलोकजयप्रदम् ।
अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्र असत्यादि विनाशकम् ॥ ९.५९॥

I am Brahman, I am the mantra; bestowing victory over the world of self.
I am Brahman, I am the mantra; the destroyer of falsehood and the like.

अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्रः अन्यत्सर्वं विनाशयेत् ।
अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्र अप्रतर्क्यसुखप्रदम् ॥ ९.६०॥

I am Brahman, I am the mantra; may it destroy all else.
I am Brahman, I am the mantra; bestower of inconceivable bliss.

अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्रः अनात्मज्ञानमाहरेत् ।
अहं ब्रह्मास्म्यहं मन्त्रो ज्ञानानन्दं प्रयच्छति ॥ ९.६१॥

I am Brahman, I am the mantra; may it bring knowledge of the Self.
I am Brahman, I am the mantra; bestowing the bliss of knowledge.

सप्तकोटिमहामन्त्रा जन्मकोटिशतप्रदाः ।
सर्वमन्त्रान्समुत्सृज्य जपमेनं समभ्यसेत् ॥ ९.६२॥

The seven crore great mantras bestow hundreds of crores of births.
Abandoning all other mantras, one should practice chanting this.

सद्यो मोक्षमवाप्नोति नात्र सन्देहमस्ति मे ।
मन्त्रप्रकरणे प्रोक्तं रहस्यं वेदकोटिषु ॥ ९.६३॥

One immediately attains liberation; of this, I have no doubt.
