Sarvaanga Nyasah

The Divine Ritual of Purifying the Body for Spiritual Practices

The Sarvaanga Nyasah is a sacred Vedic ritual of assigning divine energy to different parts of the body through specific mantras. This purification prepares the practitioner for spiritual practices by sanctifying the entire being.
