PREAMBLE

This Unconditional Liberty Instrument (the "License") is a legal instrument designed to grant maximum permissible autonomy to the licensee regarding the use, modification, and distribution of the work associated herewith (the "Work"). The intent of this License is to waive all restrictions imposed by copyright law to the fullest extent permitted by applicable jurisdiction, thereby dedicating the Work to the public domain equivalent status.

Permission is hereby granted to any person or entity (the "Licensee") to reproduce, distribute, and transmit verbatim copies of this License document. Modification of this License document is permitted, provided that any modified version is published under a distinct title to avoid confusion with the original instrument.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, DISTRIBUTION, AND MODIFICATION

SECTION 1. GRANT OF RIGHTS
1.1. Unrestricted Authorization. Subject to the terms herein, the Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and sublicensable right and license to exercise all rights under copyright, patent, trademark, and other intellectual property laws applicable to the Work.
1.2. Scope of Use. The Licensee is authorized to utilize, exploit, modify, adapt, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Work, and to permit others to do so, without restriction of any kind, whether commercial or non-commercial in nature.
1.3. Absence of Conditions. There are no conditions, obligations, or restrictions imposed upon the Licensee regarding the manner, purpose, or context of the Use of the Work, except as expressly mandated by applicable law that cannot be waived or as explicitly stated in Section 6 of this License.

SECTION 2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
2.1. "AS IS" Provision. The Work is provided by the Licensor on an "AS IS" basis and "WITH ALL FAULTS."
2.2. No Representations. The Licensor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
2.3. Accuracy and Quality. The Licensor does not warrant that the Work is accurate, complete, functional, error-free, or suitable for the Licensee's specific requirements.

SECTION 3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
3.1. Exclusion of Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable to the Licensee or any third party for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any nature, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive.
3.2. Causes of Action. This exclusion applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is alleged, including but not limited to breach of contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other cause of action.
3.3. Specific Risks. The aforementioned exclusion of liability extends to damages resulting from:
    (a) Errors, bugs, or defects in the Work;
    (b) Loss of data, profits, or business interruption;
    (c) Misuse, negligence, or error in judgment by the Licensee or any third party;
    (d) Any other harm arising from the possession, use, or exploitation of the Work.

SECTION 4. SEVERABILITY AND INTERPRETATION
4.1. Severability. If any provision of this License is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this License, which shall remain in full force and effect.
4.2. Core Intent. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict in interpretation, the governing principle of this License shall remain the grant of unrestricted autonomy to the Licensee regarding the Work, consistent with the maximum waiver of rights permitted by applicable law.
4.3. Jurisdiction. This License shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensee seeks to enforce or utilize the rights granted herein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

SECTION 5. MODIFICATION OF LICENSE TEXT
5.1. Derivative Licenses. Persons may modify the text of this License to create derivative license instruments.
5.2. Naming Convention. Any derivative instrument based upon this text must be designated by a unique name distinct from "UNCONDITIONAL LIBERTY INSTRUMENT" or "ULI" to prevent misrepresentation of the original License.

SECTION 6. DISTRIBUTION AND ATTRIBUTION REQUIREMENTS
6.1. Mandatory Inclusion. Any distribution, publication, transmission, or making available of the Work, in whole or in part, in original or modified form, including but not limited to derivative works, forks, adaptations, compilations, or collections (collectively, "Distributed Versions"), shall be accompanied by a complete and unaltered copy of this License document.
6.2. Notice Preservation. The Licensee shall preserve all copyright, attribution, and license notices present in the original Work, and shall include such notices in any Distributed Version in a manner reasonably visible to recipients.
6.3. License Text Integrity. The text of this License, when included pursuant to Section 6.1, shall not be altered, abridged, or supplemented, except as expressly permitted under Section 5 of this License.
6.4. Electronic Distribution. In the case of electronic or digital distribution, the License may be provided via a prominent hyperlink to a stable, publicly accessible copy of the License text, provided that such link remains functional for a commercially reasonable period.

SECTION 7. APPLICATION OF TERMS TO NEW WORKS
7.1. Procedure. To apply these terms to a new work created by the Licensee, the author should attach the following notice to the work. It is safest to attach the notice to the start of each source file to most effectively convey the exclusion of warranty.
7.2. Recommended Notice Format. The following text block should be included in a prominent location within the Work:

    This Work is licensed under the Unconditional Liberty Instrument (ULI), Version 1.0.

SECTION 8. CONTACT AND ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION
8.1. Inquiries. For any questions regarding the interpretation or application of this License, parties may seek independent legal counsel.
8.2. No Endorsement. The use of this License does not imply any endorsement by the original authors or contributors of any derivative works or products created using the Work.
